SHIPPING:
DUE TO COVID-19, ALL ORDERS WILL SHIP WITHIN 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS). WE ARE GOING TO DO OUR BEST IN FULFILLING IN ORDER IN A TIMELY MANNER. THANK YOU FOR YOUR LOVELY PATIENCE & UNDERSTANDING.

RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY:
We will not be offering refunds or exchanges for any reason with the exception of receiving the wrong product. For more information on receiving a wrong product, please refer to the wrong item policy for further instruction.

WRONG ITEM POLICY:
At VIOcosmetics, we believe that while accidents do happen, it is our job to own them and fix the issue immediately by responding quickly and doing everything in our power to restore any trust lost. If you receive your order and it contains the wrong, or missing item please contact us immediately via email at viocosmetics1@gmail.com. In the email please include the following details:

- Recipient name, order number & a screenshot of your order summary.
- Also, please include a photo upload as a source of proof that the wrong item was received.

MISSING PACKAGE POLICY:
If the carrier has deemed that your order has been delivered to the address on file, but you have not received it please make sure to check your respective leasing offices & buildings. If your parcel is still not found then please contact us via email at viocosmetics1@gmail.com for further instructions on how to file a missing package claim.

- please note that when you place an order with VIOcosmetics, you agree to follow the proper protocol in the event of a missing package claim.
- PLEASE DO NOT place a charge back request before reaching out to our team, as this may forget your chances of receiving a refund.
